StrideChem is the overseas brand of Quanzhou Yunrui New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (泉州云锐新材料科技有限公司), China. Website enquiries are intended for this business and its factory team in China. Use our contact page for privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
Enquiry forms collect your name, company, email and the material or technical details you submit. Other fields, including WhatsApp, location and photos or photo links, are optional unless marked required. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or material that you are not authorised to share.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, review material and process requirements, arrange requested samples or testing, and keep records of the resulting business discussion. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Form entries are stored in the WordPress website database. Hosting, security, backup and email services may process information needed to operate the site and route enquiries. The website uses Hostinger hosting, Fluent Forms and WordPress. The factory team in China may access the information you submit. Hosting and server security logs may include IP addresses and browser or request information.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. Essential site functions, security and form protection may also use browser storage or request tokens. If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, general device and browser information, referral sources, approximate location and enquiry actions. We record successful form submissions and WhatsApp link clicks; a click does not confirm that a message was sent. Your name, email, phone number and enquiry text are not sent to Analytics. Analytics cookies and your browser-stored preference are set for up to 180 days. You can change your choice or withdraw analytics consent using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Google may process analytics information outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.
Retention and requests
We keep enquiry information for handling the request and relevant business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry or withdraw consent for further enquiry processing through the contact page. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record; completed business records and backups may require separate handling.
Testing environment
On staging.stridechem.in, form entries are test records and outgoing email is disabled. Do not submit confidential production information to the test site.
Policy updates
This page reflects the current enquiry workflow and was prepared on 8 September 2026. It will be revised when contact, tracking, storage or processing arrangements change.
Material photo uploads
Choosing a photo uploads it immediately to private website storage. Photos can be downloaded only by website administrators. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours; photos attached to an enquiry expire after 90 days. Expired files become inaccessible immediately and are removed by the daily cleanup when the website scheduler runs. Backup copies may remain subject to the hosting backup cycle. Contact alex@stridechem.in for deletion requests. Google Workspace processes enquiry notification emails.
