Custom Footwear Inks & Printing Problem Solving

Material assessment, ink selection and custom formulation support for footwear manufacturers in India. Work directly with our factory team in China.

Start with your material and the production problem

Need a footwear ink for a new material, or help with peeling, flex cracking, screen clogging or mesh colour bleeding? Tell us what you print on, what changed and when the defect first appeared. Our team will review an existing product route or assess whether custom footwear ink development is appropriate before agreeing a trial.

Already selecting an ink? Choose by material, compare products, or review EVA technical data.

Samples are free; customers pay postage. Buying for resale? Review the distributor supply route.

When a shoe upper print peels, cracks, changes colour or repeatedly clogs the screen, the right ink depends on the material, print effect and production conditions. StrideChem helps footwear manufacturers in India assess a suitable product route or discuss a custom ink formulation for their requirement.

Start with your material and the problem you see. Photos, product details and test reports can follow after the first enquiry.

What needs to change in your print?

For screen clogging, tell us whether the ink is water-based or solvent-based, the material being printed, when the blockage begins and whether production has to stop for cleaning. For colour bleeding, adhesion or cracking, describe the stage where the defect appears. These details help our factory decide whether to review an existing product or evaluate a custom ink candidate.

Process adjustment, ink selection or custom development?

Review the process when the failure follows a change

A change in surface preparation, layer timing, mixing or conditioning needs investigation before replacing an ink that previously worked. We review the actual sequence and identify what needs to be checked in a controlled trial.

Review the ink system when the material or target changes

A waterproof finish, deep mesh, raised print or a different flex requirement can change the selection. We can assess a documented product route before discussing development.

Discuss a custom formulation for an unmet requirement

Bring the material, desired finish and test criteria. We assess whether formulation work is appropriate and agree the sample and evaluation scope. A development candidate must be validated on your construction before production use.

Choose by material as well as by problem

Already looking for an ink supplier? These guides connect material selection with product families and trial requirements.

Considering a different footwear ink supplier or product?

If your current ink option does not meet the production result you need, compare alternatives against the same material and business requirement. Start with evidence from the print or trial instead of relying on a product name alone.

  • Material fit: identify the footwear component, surface finish and material batch the ink must work on.
  • Problem and target: state whether the concern is screen clogging, peeling, flex cracking, colour change or another result, and when it appears.
  • Trial evidence: agree the sample quantity, print construction, test method and acceptance criteria before comparing an alternative.
  • Documents and supply: request the current TDS/SDS for the exact candidate and confirm quotation, packaging, minimum order, delivery location and timing for your requirement.

If you have already tried another product, tell us what did not meet the requirement and what the trial showed. An exact formulation is not needed for the first enquiry; confidential details can be discussed only if they become necessary for an agreed project.

From a printing problem to a production trial

  1. Share the problem. Tell us the material, what fails and when. Include the required test if you know it.
  2. Agree the evaluation. Our factory team reviews the available information and discusses the process checks, product candidates or development work needed.
  3. Evaluate samples. Agree the material, complete print construction, conditioning and pass/fail criteria. Compare the trial with the current system under the same conditions.
  4. Confirm the production route. Review the trial outcome, repeatability, product documentation and supply arrangements before changing production.

For Indian enquiries, share your company location and city or PIN code when discussing shipment. Sample availability, evaluation charges, delivery timing and supply terms are confirmed individually. Obtain receiving instructions before dispatching materials.

Factory experience behind the assessment

Yunrui’s technical case records cover mixed-layer delamination, peeling after shoe forming, rubber-particle print cracking and low-temperature flex problems on special materials. We use those experiences to frame the investigation; your material and target test determine the trial.

Before you send a sample

Do I need to know the exact cause before contacting you?

No. Describe the material, visible problem and when it occurs. We can discuss which records or samples will help narrow the cause.

Does every problem require a custom ink?

No. Surface preparation, layer compatibility, mixing or conditioning may need adjustment. Custom development is considered when the material and performance requirements justify it.

Can you support a footwear manufacturer in India?

Yes. StrideChem is the overseas brand of Quanzhou Yunrui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., China. Our factory team handles technical enquiries for India; sample shipment, testing scope and supply arrangements are agreed for each project.

Describe the result your current ink cannot achieve

Tell us the substrate, printing method, production problem and intended result. We will discuss an existing ink candidate or a custom formulation trial, then confirm sample and supply terms for India.
