Review the supplier-reported information for YR-E water-based EVA screen ink, solvent-based EVA screen ink and solvent-based EVA sole spray ink. This summary follows the supplied Yunrui technical reference, English edition 1.1, 2 November 2026, and keeps the three application routes separate.

Application and compatibility
The YR-E entry is explicitly a water-based EVA screen-printing ink. It describes air drying, with complete production and conditioning conditions to be confirmed. The solvent-based EVA screen entry contains a baking note requiring supplier confirmation; the sole spray entry mentions low-temperature baking without a complete schedule. Obtain the selected grade’s instructions and check the actual EVA component before production.
The catalogue lists WPN-505, WPN-505A and TPU101A/B/C as separate hardeners, without an EVA-grade pairing table. Earlier water-based 505 or TPU101 references do not confirm one of those models for the selected ink. Request the full compatible hardener model, addition basis and working time. Keep water-based and solvent-based systems separate; follow the solvent restrictions in the YR-E sheet and obtain the exact product SDS.
Reported observations and test limits
The YR-E sheet reports at least 100,000 flex cycles, at least 5 kg pull-test load and yellowing grade 4 or above, with incomplete methods or exposure conditions. It reports 100 alcohol rubs at a 500 g load without colour loss and unchanged coating properties after 24-hour water immersion; the water specification is not given. Its viscosity figure has no stated unit or measurement conditions.
The two solvent-based EVA entries report no colour removal in a 3M tape observation and no colour loss after washing at 60 degrees C for two hours. A listed cross-cut, exposure or thermal-cycle condition is not a pass rating. The humidity-test temperature is marked for confirmation in the source. Compare only material trials with agreed preparation, drying, conditioning and acceptance criteria; these observations do not establish performance on every EVA construction.
Source editions and documents
The supplied collection identifies YR-E as screen printing. Earlier YR-E spray summaries remain separate source-edition references and do not establish interchangeable use. The website’s linked handbook PDFs are review summaries; request the current grade-specific TDS and SDS for the ink and its hardener.
Samples and custom quotations
Samples are free; customers pay postage. To discuss a trial for your selected grade, request an EVA ink sample and include the EVA component, printing or spray route and required test. The bulk MOQ is 2 metric tonnes total, with mixed ink orders supported. Production normally completes within one week after order placement, followed by approximately one month of sea freight to an Indian port. Prices depend on your customised requirements and are supplied through WhatsApp.
