Product Series / Model: HR / H37D / HY-T / HY-5 / HY-5B / W37-G2
A raised print must work with the shoe upper as it flexes. The factory range includes soft, elastic, transparent and other high-density products. Selecting the visual effect is only one step: basecoat adhesion, deposited layers and final conditioning also need evaluation.
Product options and suitable applications
| Series / category | Product type | Selection note |
|---|---|---|
| HR | Water-based soft high-density product | Soft-effect candidate. |
| H37D / HY-T | Water-based high-density products | Discuss the required heat and flex test. |
| HY-5 / HY-5B | Water-based high-density products | Specify the target build and finish. |
| W37-G2 | Water-based transparent high-density product | Confirm the required transparency and construction. |
What matters in a trial
- The source separates the basecoat, raised layer and colour stages. Agree the whole construction before comparing trial results.
- The pinhole and bubble cases associate defects with deep mesh structure, the first print deposition and dried material in the screen. Inspect the first layer rather than trying to hide a void with later layers.
- The flex-failure case highlights hardener addition and final conditioning. Obtain the current SOP instead of using one generic drying time for all products.
Technical data and documents
Request the current TDS and SDS for the exact model. Published catalogue properties depend on the product category and evaluation conditions; where the source does not establish a unit or complete test method, contact our technical team.

Prepare your sample request
Include the substrate name and finish, printing or assembly process, current product and the problem you need to solve. A material offcut and a photograph of the finished construction help us distinguish appearance requirements from interface or flex failures.
Frequently asked questions
Can a thicker deposit alone solve coverage defects?
The source shows that a later layer can conceal a void. Check substrate structure, screen and first-pass deposition.
Which high-density product gives the required effect?
Send a reference appearance and physical test requirement. Softness, transparency and heat exposure require different selection considerations.
