What happens after your enquiry?
Our factory team reviews the information and discusses the next useful step: a process check, product selection, technical documents or a custom formulation assessment.
For a sample trial, we agree the material, print construction and test requirements. Product trial samples are free, with postage paid by the customer. Any separate material evaluation or testing charges, packaging, shipping and timing are confirmed individually. Obtain receiving instructions before sending material.
Sending an enquiry from India
You will be communicating with the StrideChem factory team in China. When shipment or supply is discussed, include your company location, Indian city or PIN code and estimated requirement.
Need to send photos or cannot use the form?
Send your material photos and enquiry to alex@stridechem.in or use a WhatsApp enquiry button above. Share only production information and images you are permitted to disclose. Do not send payment details or identity documents in an initial enquiry.
