Choose an adhesive by the joint you make
Sole assembly, fabric lamination, insole bonding and lasting require different adhesive categories. Identify both materials and the production step before choosing an SQ series product.

Show both sides of the failed bond
Send a photograph of the complete joint and a close view of each separated surface. Explain whether failure occurs during assembly, after conditioning or during a test.
Include surface preparation, the adhesive currently used, drying and pressing equipment, and the required test. Confirm material-receiving instructions before sending samples.

Can one adhesive cover every shoe component?
The range separates assembly, lamination, hot-melt and other footwear processes. Select around the actual material pair, equipment and required result.
Can I request bonding support without choosing a model?
Yes. Send both materials, the assembly or lamination process and your current problem. The technical team can discuss a suitable product and sample route.

Footwear adhesive selection for factory production
This footwear adhesive range is organised for manufacturers and material suppliers selecting a bonding system for production. Start with the joint and manufacturing process rather than a general shoe glue or household repair label.
For sole assembly, compare the applicable PU routes. For lamination or removable insoles, use the application-specific categories listed above; a grade for one joint is not automatically suitable for another.

Send the material pair, current adhesive or selected model, production process, target test and estimated quantity. For distribution, also describe your factory customers’ applications. Our team in China will confirm the suitable product documents and trial arrangements.
Request the current TDS and SDS for the exact grade and any compatible components. Adhesive sample availability, packaging, minimum order quantity, production lead time, freight and payment terms are confirmed separately; ink purchasing conditions should not be assumed for adhesives. Prices are provided by quotation rather than published as a fixed price list.
