Plan a trial on your actual material
TPU films and moulded components can behave differently during printing and flexing. A sample of the finished construction helps us review the complete ink system.
- Material: TPU form, surface finish and any existing coating.
- Process: screen printing method, drying equipment and subsequent forming or bonding.
- Target: required appearance, adhesion and flex test, including temperature where relevant.

Can 7ST be used for every low-temperature application?
No. Performance depends on the substrate and finished construction. Include the required temperature and flex test in your enquiry so the technical team can review a suitable printing route.
Which HTPU product should I request?
Request HTPU water-based printing ink for a colour-printing enquiry. HTPU coating and clear-finish products are separate categories.
