Interpret the source case correctly
Do not add an arbitrary thinner or retarder to solve blocking. The factory SOP discusses a slow-drying additive in a particular water-based high-density context. Request the correct product and instruction for the selected grade.
Prepare a controlled trial
Keep a record of the material, complete layer sequence and evaluation method. Change only the part of the process agreed with the technical team, then compare against the original construction under the same test conditions. A sample trial should establish suitability before a production change.
