Choose nylon footwear screen printing ink for the actual fabric finish, adhesion requirement and bending test.
Browse English TDSNylon screen printing ink for treated footwear fabrics
Manufactured in China for footwear factories and distributors serving India. Compare SND solvent-based waterproof nylon screen ink with the separately documented water-based ink for water-repellent nylon. Choose a trial for the actual fabric finish, layer construction and required adhesion or flex test. Trial samples are free; the customer pays postage.
37B / 37C document status: these existing series labels need confirmation against the current supplied grade and TDS. The reviewed documents do not establish 37B = SND, 37C = SU or a water-based nylon grade = H37B / H37C.
Water-based and solvent-based nylon ink: documented differences

| Document identity | YR-TDS-049, physical page 53; no grade name stated | YR-TDS-052, physical page 56; SND explicitly named |
| System and use | Water-based polyurethane printing ink; water-repellent nylon and footwear materials listed | Solvent-based polyurethane screen printing ink; nylon fabrics for footwear and other listed uses |
| Stated packaging | Not specified; confirm the supplied pack size | 4 kg and 20 kg pails |
| Stated shelf life | 6 months | 6 months |
| Hardener and drying | Hardener and air drying stated; full hardener model, addition basis, mixed working time and final conditioning need confirmation | Hardener and air drying stated; full hardener model, addition basis, mixed working time and final conditioning need confirmation |
| Test limitations | Reported flex and adhesion results lack complete methods and conditions; no universal cold-flex rating | Catalogue and TDS values are not a combined specification; pull-test interpretation and test methods need confirmation |
Basis: Yunrui English TDS edition 1.1, 2 November 2026. YR-TDS numbers are document references. Confirm batch dating and storage conditions; shelf life is not mixed-product working time. Keep water-based and solvent-based inks separate.
Select nylon footwear ink for adhesion and bending requirements
Ink peeling from treated nylon: identify the fabric composition and weave, waterproof or water-repellent finish, current pretreatment and the failed interface. Confirm whether the print separates from the fabric or between basecoat, colour and finish. Compare preparation and the complete ink system on the same fabric before changing the colour ink. Use the nylon ink adhesion troubleshooting guide to prepare the trial.
Print cracking during bending: identify the affected layer and record conditioning, temperature, cycles and the acceptance criterion. Compare the existing and agreed candidate systems under the same conditions. The footwear ink flex-cracking guide helps define the comparison; a reported flex-cycle count without a method does not establish a cold-flex pass.
Confirm the grade and companion materials before production
- Model and TDS: confirm the current 37B / 37C model correspondence and the unnamed water-based nylon grade. SND and catalogue SU are separate entries.
- Complete system: obtain the approved hardener code, addition basis, mixed-product working time, thinner, basecoat, colour ink and finish. HT-2 / HXL remain existing application labels with an unconfirmed current-document match.
- Nylon preparation: the catalogue names YR-363 for nylon mesh and other scoped materials; this website uses SQ-363. Their equivalence and pairing are unconfirmed. The generic nylon treatment sheets do not assign an exact supplied grade.
- Performance and source differences: confirm the actual material and test method. The yellowing-resistant nylon treatment entry has differing abrasion values between its description and table; the general treatment entry has an unresolved spray-pressure unit. Obtain the current exact-grade instructions before using either as an operating or acceptance specification.

Screen printing inks for nylon shoe uppers
Select nylon screen printing ink for the actual fabric, finish and finished-upper test. The reviewed documents describe SND solvent-based waterproof nylon screen ink and a separately listed water-based ink for water-repellent nylon. The existing 37B / 37C series names below still need an exact current TDS match; the documents do not establish 37B as SND or 37C as SU. Coatings, water-repellent treatments and yarn construction need a trial of the complete printed system.
| Series | Product type | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| 37B | Existing solvent-based waterproof-nylon listing; exact-grade TDS match pending | The waterproof or water-repellent finish, existing coating and required adhesion test. |
| 37C | Existing solvent-based nylon listing; exact-grade TDS match pending | The fabric construction, surface preparation and finished upper test requirements. |
The source-confirmed entries are YR-TDS-052 (SND) and YR-TDS-049 (water-based water-repellent nylon ink), in Yunrui English TDS edition 1.1, 2 November 2026, physical pages 56 and 53. Document numbers locate entries and are not product model codes. Confirm the supplied ink, hardener, preparation, basecoat and finish together; do not mix water-based and solvent-based inks.
Prepare a useful nylon printing trial
- Material: identify woven nylon, mesh or MONO yarn and describe any waterproof, water-repellent or anti-wicking treatment.
- Process: share the cleaner, treatment, basecoat and ink currently used, plus drying equipment and later forming or bonding steps.
- Failure or target: describe peeling, cracking or poor coverage and provide the required adhesion or flex test.
- Sample: include a photograph and an offcut of the actual finished fabric when arranging material evaluation.
Common purchasing questions
Can waterproof nylon use the same ink route as ordinary mesh?
Do not assume the routes are interchangeable. A water-repellent finish can change adhesion. Send the actual fabric and its treatment details so the complete print system can be reviewed.
Are 37B and H37B the same product?
Treat the complete names as separate listings. This website lists 37B in its solvent-based nylon range and H37B in water-based categories; the current reviewed documents do not confirm interchangeability or a 37B-to-SND match. Request the exact supplied model and its TDS / SDS.
What should a footwear factory in India include in an enquiry?
Send your material and printing requirements, company, delivery city and PIN code, and whether you need a trial sample or a production quotation. Include the anticipated quantity if known. StrideChem is the overseas brand of a China-based manufacturer; confirm sample arrangements, delivery terms and lead time in the quotation.
Request 37B / 37C samples or technical documents
Manufactured in China for footwear factories and distributors serving India. Request the exact supplied ink model and current TDS / SDS, with the approved hardener, basecoat and finish. Include the fabric finish, failed layer and required adhesion or flex test. Trial samples are free; the customer pays postage.
Samples, mixed orders and delivery to India
Trial samples are free; you pay postage or courier charges. The minimum bulk order is 2 metric tonnes in total, with mixed ink orders supported. Confirm the assortment with our team.
Production normally completes within one week after order placement. Sea freight takes approximately one month to an Indian port, separately from production; customs clearance and inland delivery are not included in that estimate.
Prices depend on your customised ink requirements. Share the material, intended process, colours, quantity and delivery city/PIN code on WhatsApp for a quotation.
