Prepare a useful nylon printing trial
- Material: identify woven nylon, mesh or MONO yarn and describe any waterproof, water-repellent or anti-wicking treatment.
- Process: share the cleaner, treatment, basecoat and ink currently used, plus drying equipment and later forming or bonding steps.
- Failure or target: describe peeling, cracking or poor coverage and provide the required adhesion or flex test.
- Sample: include a photograph and an offcut of the actual finished fabric when arranging material evaluation.

Can waterproof nylon use the same ink route as ordinary mesh?
Do not assume the routes are interchangeable. A water-repellent finish can change adhesion. Send the actual fabric and its treatment details so the complete print system can be reviewed.
Are 37B and H37B the same product?
No. 37B is listed in the solvent-based waterproof-nylon ink range. H37B appears in separate water-based product categories. Specify the product type and application when requesting technical documents.
