Samples are free; you pay the postage or courier charges. Our factory team in China confirms the grade, sample availability and dispatch arrangements with you before shipping.

Send your sample requirements

For a factory trial, include the material and the problem or result you need. For distributor samples, mention the customer applications and requested ink types or colours in the message. A sample request is not an order or a confirmed dispatch.

What happens before a sample is dispatched?

1. We review the product route and your material or customer application.
2. We confirm the selected grade, available sample colours and packaging, and postage arrangements.
3. You evaluate the agreed sample on your actual material and share the results or required changes.

Do not send material to us until our team provides receiving instructions. Material evaluation or separate testing arrangements are discussed individually; the free-sample offer does not promise free testing services.

Choose an ink trial around your material

Review the TPU ink, nylon ink, EVA printing or spray or rubber ink route before choosing a grade. If you are investigating a defect rather than selecting a model, start with the footwear printing problem guides and include the stage where it first appears.

Planning a bulk order after your trial?

The bulk minimum is 2 metric tonnes (2,000 kg) in total, with mixed ink orders supported. This is a bulk-order requirement, not the quantity required for a free trial sample. Confirm the assortment with our team.

Prices are quoted through WhatsApp according to your customisation needs. Production normally completes within one week after order placement; sea freight is approximately one month to an Indian port, excluding customs clearance and inland delivery. Confirm the specific schedule, shipping scope and payment terms in your quotation.
